Hafiz Cattle Farm & Suppliers in Islamabad supplies animals for export to a meat processing company. Every week or two they send a shipment of 20–40 animals. The animals are slaughtered and weighed at the buyer’s plant, and the bill is worked out from the weight.
Everything was kept in handwritten bills and an Excel sheet. With crores of rupees involved and payments arriving in uneven amounts, it was hard to know exactly what was still pending, and one wrong number could mean a loss of lakhs.
A private web app that installs on phones and works like a normal mobile app:
Enter the total weight, or each animal’s weight one by one. The bill is calculated automatically, down to the paisa.
One payment can be split across several shipments, so the pending amount on each one is always clear.
The home screen shows the total pending amount, written out the way people say it (“2 crore 37 lakh…”), and which shipments have waited longest.
Every entry is shown once more for confirmation before it is saved.
Switch with one tap, with proper Urdu script that reads right to left.
Entries are saved on the phone and upload when the connection returns.
Opens only with a security code, and the whole team sees the same records live.
Branded PDF bills, account statements and Excel exports.
Each entry shows who made it, every edit keeps its history, and deleted items can be restored.
A clean navy-and-gold look, with light and dark modes.
